Every support email is read and answered by the person who built the app. Reply within 24 hours, never longer than 48.
One thing worth knowing before you write in: Heirloom has no server and no account system, so there is no password to reset and no data we can recover for you. Your journal lives on your device and nowhere else. If you delete the app, the data goes with it.

What we collect
Nothing. Heirloom has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs. The app never phones home because there is no home to phone.
Where your data lives
Everything you log, sessions, strains, ratings, effects, photos, spend, is stored on your device and nowhere else. It is never transmitted, synced, sold, shared, or read by anyone, including us. Delete the app and the data goes with it.
Photos
Photos you attach to a session are copied into the app's local storage on your device. The app requests photo library access only when you choose to attach one.
Age
Heirloom is for adults 21 or older, or of legal age in their jurisdiction. The app does not sell, promote, or facilitate the purchase of cannabis.
Future changes
If a future version ever adds an optional sync feature, it will be opt-in, this policy will be updated first, and the default will remain on-device only.
