I scope the project, do the work, and answer the email. There is no account manager translating the brief and no handoff to someone you have never met.
That structure works best for small businesses, musicians, and independent teams that want a clear scope and one accountable person on the other side.
Three kinds of work
Web projects turn an unclear or outdated site into a useful sales tool. Automation projects remove repetitive steps from real business tasks. Audio projects cover mixing, mastering, and MIDI drum programming for records that need to translate.
