Show me how you handle the job now, where information gets stuck, and who needs access. We decide whether custom software is worth building.
- Step 2 Define the first version
We agree on the screens, user roles, integrations, price, and what can wait. Hosting and paid services are listed separately.
- Step 3 Build and try it
You use a working preview with sample data so we can check the actual workflow before connecting live accounts.
- Step 4 Release and hand over
We test permissions and the agreed tasks, connect the production services, and document how to run and maintain the app.
Common questions
How is this different from a website?
A business website explains what you do and helps customers contact you. A web app lets people do a job in the browser, such as checking a request, managing bookings, or updating a shared record.
Do you build native mobile apps?
This service covers browser-based applications. They can work on phones, tablets, and computers without an app-store download. Native mobile development isn't part of this offer.
Can you connect software we already use?
Often, yes. I'll check the available integrations, access requirements, and ongoing costs before including a connection in the quote.
Who owns the application?
The scope covers your source code, accounts, data, and handoff. Third-party services keep their own licensing and subscription terms, which we identify before building.
What happens after launch?
We agree on hosting, maintenance, backups, and support responsibilities before launch. Ongoing work is scoped separately from the initial build.
