Keep your accounts current while you run the business

The photos are on your phone. The update about next month’s availability never got posted. A customer asked a question under last week’s post and nobody saw it.

I can take on the planning, production, publishing, and routine replies. We agree on how much content you need and when I’m covering the accounts, so you know which work is handled and which decisions still need you.

Use the work you’re already doing

A finished job, a common customer question, or a short clip from the shop gives us something specific to publish. I write captions and prepare graphics and video around that material, with your approval before it goes out.

My existing client work includes editing footage, making thumbnails, and managing the YouTube channel for We’ve Got You Covered. Camilla supplies footage from the shop, and I handle the edit, thumbnails, and channel publishing.

If you only need finished videos to publish yourself, see video production. If customers need a better place to land after clicking a post, I also build websites for Maine businesses.

Process

How the work runs

  1. Step 1
Choose the accounts and the work

We review your audience, existing accounts, photos, and footage. We agree on platforms, posting frequency, reply coverage, and a monthly scope.

  2. Step 2
    Set access and approvals

You keep ownership of the accounts and grant the access needed for the work. We name who approves posts and which questions need your answer.

  3. Step 3
    Create and publish

I prepare the posts, graphics, and video edits for review, then schedule approved content. Offers, prices, and business details come from you.

  4. Step 4
    Reply and review

I handle routine community replies within our agreement, send business-specific issues back to you, and review the available results with you.

Questions

Common questions

Which platforms do you manage?

We choose the accounts that make sense for your customers and confirm access before work starts. The scope names every platform, the content formats, and how often we'll publish.

Does this include answering comments and messages?

Yes, within agreed coverage hours and response guidelines. Complaints, quotes, booking decisions, and questions that need your expertise go back to you. This isn't round-the-clock customer support.

Do I approve posts before they go out?

Yes. We set a review schedule and name the person who can approve the content. Anything outside your standing approval waits for your sign-off.

Does this include paid advertising?

No. This offer covers organic content and account management. Ad buying and ad spend aren't included.

Do I need to supply photos or footage?

You'll need to supply the business details and usable material showing your work. I can help you plan what to capture and turn it into finished posts and videos. On-location filming isn't included.

Can you guarantee followers or sales?

No. We report what the accounts actually show and look at which content brings useful attention or inquiries. Followers, reach, and sales aren't guaranteed.

Have a project that fits this service?

Send the brief, or look through the work before you decide.
