Everybody’s building AI command center dashboards right now. I started mine as a joke about that. The joke wore off around the time it worked.
One prompt, about an hour in the writing. I pointed Claude Fable 5 at my whole workspace in ultracode mode: client sites, music projects, REAPER tools, years of scattered everything. The ask was The Signal Room, a local dashboard that digs through the actual work and tells me what needs attention, what’s blocked, what’s gone stale, and what could produce revenue.
Evidence only. A folder name is not project status, and a bigger bucket does not make everything inside it true.
