Four packs. One editable Python pattern. One purchase.

The complete Dead Pixel Design AI agents lineup, in one purchase.

What’s inside

V1. AI Agents Starter Kit ($19 standalone) The original 3-agent engine. Support triage, sales outreach, doc Q&A. The patterns the rest of the lineup is built on. If you’re a developer, this is where you should start reading.

V2. Realtor Agent Pack ($39 standalone) Seven agents for working real estate agents: listing writer (with Fair Housing scrubber), lead qualifier, open house promo, market report, follow-up cadence, FSBO/expired outreach, showing feedback summarizer.

V3. Course Creator Pack ($39 standalone) Seven agents for course creators and info-product sellers: 6-email launch sequencer, sales page critique, refund de-escalator, customer Q&A, affiliate outreach, testimonial collector, lesson outliner.

V4. Property Manager Pack ($39 standalone) Seven agents for property managers: tenant intake, maintenance triage, late rent letters (3-tier escalation), vacancy listings (multi-platform with Fair Housing scrubber), lease renewal scenarios, owner monthly reports, eviction advisor (decision support, not legal advice).

Standalone total: $136. Bundle: $99. Save $37.

Who this is for

  • Self-collectors who want everything because the engine is the value (developers, indie hackers, hobby builders)
  • Multi-role operators who do more than one job: a broker who also manages properties, a course creator who also runs sales support, an agency owner buying for the team
  • Existing pack buyers who realize one pack’s engine pattern works for several niches

How they work together

Every pack follows the same small Python pattern and keeps its prompts in editable markdown files. Once you understand one pack, the others use the same basic structure. The jobs and prompts are different.

You can copy agents between packs (a custom realtor agent dropped into your PM pack? totally fine). You can swap models in one line. You can edit the system prompts in markdown.

What you actually get

  • Every Python agent included in the four packs (~1,500 lines total, plain code)
  • Every system prompt in a markdown file you can edit
  • One-click .bat launchers for every agent (29 launchers total)
  • 5 worked examples per agent
  • Self-contained venv per pack (each pack has its own setup.bat)
  • Smoke tests for each pack that validate end-to-end in 30 seconds
  • Master README at the top of the bundle
  • 1-page playbook per pack (weekly for realtor, launch week for course creator, monthly for PM)
  • Three Fair Housing scrubber agents across the realtor and PM packs

Bundle vs buying separately

Bundle Buying packs separately
Cost $99 once $136 (V1 + V2 + V3 + V4)
Engine Same engine across all 4 Same engine across all 4
Updates Single download Four downloads
Cross-pack agent copying Trivial, they’re already side-by-side Requires re-zipping
Onboarding One README at the top navigates everything Four separate READMEs

Important

The Eviction Advisor (in the Property Manager Pack) is decision support, not legal advice. Always consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction before taking adverse action against a tenant.

The Fair Housing scrubbers in the realtor and PM packs are a safety feature, not a substitute for compliance review. Always read what you send.

Install

How to use the Dead Pixel Agent Bundle

  1. Step 1
    Install Python

Install Python 3.11 or newer from python.org. Check "Add to PATH" during install.

  2. Step 2
    Get an OpenRouter key

Sign up at openrouter.ai/keys. No card needed. The free models are capped at 50 requests a day until you have bought $10 of credit at some point, which raises it to 1,000.

  3. Step 3
    Save the key

Save the key to a file named openrouter-api.txt on your Desktop. Every pack's loader finds it automatically.

  4. Step 4
    Read the master README

Open README.md at the top of the bundle. It explains what's in each of the four pack folders and recommends where to start.

  5. Step 5
Pick a pack and run setup

Open the pack folder most relevant to your work. Double-click setup.bat inside it. Each pack is self-contained with its own venv. Repeat for other packs as you need them.

  6. Step 6
    Run any agent

Inside any pack, double-click any run_*.bat file. The .bat launches the agent and prompts for input.

Questions

Common questions

Where do I buy this?

Direct checkout is paused while I verify the download. Use the email button on this page and I will send the release link when it is ready.

Why $99 instead of $136?

The bundle saves $37 over buying all four packs separately ($19 + $39 + $39 + $39 = $136). The discount is the bundle. There are no separate launch discounts or coupon codes on the bundle itself.

Is this a discount code or an actual bundle?

Actual bundle. One purchase. The download is a single zip with all four packs as subfolders, plus a master README and shared LICENSE.

Do I need to set up all four packs at once?

No. Each pack is self-contained with its own setup.bat. Start with the pack most relevant to your work. Set up the others as you need them.

I already bought one of the packs. Can I get a discount on the bundle?

Email me with your purchase receipt and the pack you bought. I'll work out a fair upgrade price. The Gumroad UI does not natively support per-buyer history-aware pricing.

What does it cost to run?

Three of the four packs run on OpenRouter's free models, which are capped at 50 requests a day until you have bought $10 of credit at some point, which raises the cap to 1,000. Both tiers cap at 20 requests a minute. The Realtor pack runs on a paid model at roughly a cent a task. Those were OpenRouter's published limits on 2026-08-11 and they change them from time to time, so check before you plan a week of work around them.

Is the Eviction Advisor in the PM pack legal advice?

No. It is decision support only. Eviction law varies by state and county. Always consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction before adverse action against a tenant.

Can I use the output in client work?

Yes. The license allows commercial use of all agent output across your business and your client deliverables. You cannot resell or redistribute the packs themselves.
